Your total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time (1-3 Business Days): This is the time we take to carefully craft your custom order. Most items require 1-3 business days to complete. For the most accurate time frame for a specific product, please refer to the note on each product page.
Shipping Time (Varies by Destination): This is the transit time after your order is handed to the carrier. The estimated shipping time for your location is listed below.

📋 Important Shipping Information

Shipping Address

The shipping address will be pulled from your checkout information. Please double-check it for accuracy before completing your purchase.
You may request an address change by contacting us at support@owncustomgift.com before your order has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address or shipping method.

Address Error Fee: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any subsequent refund will be subject to a deduction for the original shipping cost. For personalized items, a 30% restocking fee will also apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
