If your item falls under any of the following categories, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refundReturn shipping is not required.

  3. The customization (e.g., engraving, print) does not match the information you approved.

📝 15-Day Conditional Return (For Non-Quality Issues)

For returns or exchanges due to non-quality reasons (e.g., ordered wrong size, change of mind), we offer a limited 15-day window from delivery. A partial refund applies to cover dedicated production costs.

The item must meet all conditions:

  • Item Condition: Unused, unwashed, with no alterations, and with all original tags and accessories included.

  • Original Packaging: Must be undamaged and in its original state.

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

Process & Fees:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact customer service for a Return Authorization and the return address.

  2. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable service.

  3. Receive Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

    • For all personalized/custom items, a 70% refund of the item's price will be issued (a 30% customization fee is deducted to cover dedicated production costs).

  • As production for custom items begins promptly, you may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been shipped.
