1. Can I see a preview of the customized product? Is it complicated?
It's very simple! Just click on the options you want—like color or pattern —on the product page, and the main image will automatically update in real time to show you exactly how your custom design will look. You can keep adjusting until you're completely happy with the result. What You See Is What You Get!
2. What if I select an option but the image doesn't change?
Our page is designed for real-time preview. If the image doesn't update after clicking an option, try refreshing your browser page or turning off extensions like "night mode." That usually solves the issue.

1. What payment methods can I choose?
We currently support PayPal for fast and secure checkout.

2. Do I have to pay in dollars?
The currency on our website is U.S. dollars by default.
3. Do you have cash on delivery (COD) service?
Unfortunately, we don't support COD service. Instead, we do have a complete after-sale policy. Please be reassured and enjoy your shopping.
Delivery & Shipping
1. What shipping options do you offer?
We will select the most appropriate logistics provider based on your chosen delivery method to ensure timely receipt of your purchased goods.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. You can check your cart to see how much more you need to spend to unlock free shipping.For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
3. How soon will my order be shipped?
We'll process your order and arrange shipment within 1-3 business days after you place it. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with the tracking number.
4. Do you offer expedited or same-day delivery?
Currently, we offer standard shipping. You can view all available shipping methods and estimated delivery times at checkout—these are calculated based on your address. Expedited shipping is not available at this time, so please refer to the options shown at checkout.
5. How do I change my shipping address?
To change your address before an order has shipped, please contact us via live chat or at support@owncustomgift.com. Please provide your order number and correct shipping address for us to change for you as soon as possible. If your order is already dispatched to you, unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address for you from our end. Please find the shipping details and contact service team and we will provide solutions for you or if you may pick up the parcel at the original address.
6. How to find a missing package that shows as delivered?
Most parcels arrive on time. Occasionally the tracking may show as delivered, but you don't have your parcel. If the tracking for your parcel shows it as delivered, but you haven't received it, please try the following: 1. Please confirm the address you submitted is correct. 2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. 3. Look around the delivery location for your package. See if someone else in the house accepted the delivery 4. Your parcel may have been left with a neighbor or in a safe place like a porch or garage. 5. Please contact your local post office to check if your package is lost. If so, please ask them for a file document to prove it.
Order Details
1. Where is my order? How can I track it?
You can quickly access the order tracking page by clicking "Track Order" at the top of the page, or log in to your account center and go to "Orders" to view all your orders and track their status.
2. How do I cancel my order?
Production of your personalized item starts immediately after we process your order. If any changes are needed, please contact us promptly via live chat or email at support@owncustomgift.com. If possible, we can halt the order. However, if 24 hours have passed since placement or the order is already in production, a cancellation/change fee of 30% of the item's value applies. Since we strive to ship orders as soon as possible, they may already be in transit, in which case changes or cancellations are unfortunately impossible. Nonetheless, please get in touch with our customer service team, who will make every effort to address your concerns.
3. How can I change my inscription?
If you've placed an order but selected the wrong item or need to change your customization details, please contact our customer service team right away. We'd be happy to help!
Within 24 hours of placing your order: Simply reach out to us with the updated details, and we'll make the change for you free of charge immediately.
If more than 24 hours have passed or production has already begun: We can still assist you with changes, but any modifications to personalized information will incur an additional 30% re-customization fee.
